Welcome to the prized jem of my website, my tutorials! These will explain clearly how to start creating new clothing, hair, and even base bodies for cartoon dolls. I'm also starting to work on a new section of tutorials, but they are secret for right now :) I have provided already base bodies and clothing for you to use if you are a 'newbie' to cartoon dolls. Also, my tutorials refer to Paint Shop Pro (opens in new browser) and MS Paint, but if you have a mind, you will see the basic tools I use in each program are in just about every other painting program out in the universe. And, my last comment: YOU DO NOT NEED PALACE TO CREATE DOLLS. I have provided here everything you would need to start creating your own, unique dolls.
