Smiley was created by myself, and boe was created by a friend of mine from The Palace, named Lithia. I don't think many people used this base, but I sure do think she is adorable (and so is Boe of course!). Unfortunetly, Lithia did not have a website that I know about, but if I ever find her again, I sure will link to her!
